1. My usercode won't let me into the PREMIUM area.
The usercode and passcode that you create for the BASIC Area will not let you in the PREMIUM MEMBERS area.
The content in the MEMBERS AREA is produced by us, for us. We need to charge membership for this area to pay the models and cover the site running costs.
You do NOT need to pay to join Main Area which gives you access to the Forums, News, etc.
2. How do I cancel my recurring subscription - Premium Members Area ONLY
Step 1. Go to https://www.vtsup.com/en/cancel
Step 2 . Enter your usercode and passcode
Step 3. Click on continue.
You will still be able to access the members area of the site using your usercode and passcode for the remainder of the month you have paid for. After that time you will not be re-billed and your usercode will no longer work.
3. I have lost my Username or Password? - Premium Members Area ONLY
Step 1. Go to https://secure.verotel.com/cgi-bin/enduser_info_mail.pl
Step 2 . Enter the email address you used when subscribing to the site.
Step 3. Click on continue.
Your Username and Password will be emailed to you.
4. Will we put up XYZ content?
We welcome suggestions from members for new content, however there are certain subjects we will not cover to remain within the boundaries of the law and general decency.
We WILL NOT do blood or scat.
